Johnny Pepper’s Jammin Roller Derby Cruise Guest

Each guest pays a "Group Participation Fee" which covers expenses charged by the cruise line for the private events on board as well as other expenses Affinity Cruising incur related to the group cruise.

If you wish to cancel, these fees will be returned according to the following:

Through 120 days of departure, 95% of any Group Participation Fees paid will be refunded.

Between 119 days and 90 days (before final payment), 75% of any Group Participation Fees will be refunded.  The remaining 25% is forfeited.

Within 90 days of cruise departure, no refunds will be issued.  If you chose Travel Insurance, these fees can be claimed.
