High School Reunion Cruises
Growing up in ‘Small Town Texas’ is a unique experience like no other. From idolizing local sports heroes to cherished friendships that stand the test of time, small town life fosters a special sense of community and pride. Many of us may have ventured to larger cities in search of opportunities, but the call of home always remains.
Small towns revolve around their schools, where Friday Night Lights illuminate the community’s spirit. Basketball, baseball, track, band – these are the building blocks of small town life, and they require substantial financial support, often provided by the school itself or Booster Clubs. The dedication and hard work that goes into fundraising is immeasurable.

How about something easier?
AffinityCruising.com and Cruise Planners at SandlerTravel.com are thrilled to present a fresh fundraising opportunity with zero financial commitment from your school or Booster Clubs!
Introducing the “School Reunions at Sea” program, a unique way to raise funds for your non-profit organization. This isn’t your typical class reunion; it’s a school-wide reunion set on a weeklong cruise departing from Galveston. We’re now accepting group commitments for the summer of 2025, aboard the magnificent Royal Caribbean ‘Harmony of the Seas’.
What we coordinate onboard.
Our onboard activities are tailored to your group’s preferences and the ship’s specifications. Here’s a sample itinerary for the entire group:
For larger reunions, we can arrange spaces and times for smaller group gatherings, such as individual graduating classes, players under specific coaches, or bands during particular directorships. We work with the ship’s resources to ensure each onboard event is a success, including photographers, bar services, music, and more.
Why Choose a Reunion Cruise?
Traditional high school reunions are often limited to a few hours or a single weekend. In contrast, a Reunion Cruise offers a full week of fun and celebration. All classes are invited, as are current and former teachers, coaches, and administrators.
Moreover, your school and Booster Club can benefit from the Reunion Cruise. We will charge Reunion Dues to cover on-board expenses but AffinityCruising.com and Cruise Planners at SandlerTravel.com will match these expenses, ensuring that the sponsoring Booster Club receives the full amount of the Reunion Dues.
Sponsoring Entity Commitments:
To make the Reunion Cruise a success, we ask the sponsoring Booster Club to:
What We Commit to Doing:
As the organizers, AffinityCruising.com and Cruise Planners at SandlerTravel.com will:
We will then match the Reunion Dues as a donation to the Sponsoring Entity: Typically, $100 per adult and $25 per minor (under 21 at the time of sailing).
The more people who join the cruise, the greater the donation to your school and Booster Club. There’s no limit, so imagine the potential with a couple of hundred rooms!
Act now! Availability is limited for the summer of 2025. Committing to your group now secures the best rates, and allows for manageable monthly payments leading up to the final payment date. It’s also less likely to conflict with your 2025 summer vacation plans, providing ample time to build the largest possible group.
