Travel Insurance is designed to cover your expenses in an emergency. If you have an emergency situation that prevents you from travelling, you can file a claim to attempt to recover your cruise fare. If you have a medical emergency during travel, insurance will cover emergency medical expenses, including emergency transportation back home.

Cruise Planners at SandlerTravel.com will provide two travel insurance policies. The more expanded policy must be purchased and paid for within 14 days of paying the deposit. The basic policy can be purchased at any time.

We encourage you to review both policies to determine which policy is best for you. It is important to note that most domestic health insurance policies will not cover medical expenses if you become sick or are injured outside of the United States. Any illness or injury on the ship or in the foreign Ports of Call may not be covered by your traditional health insurance policy.
